I have an extensive knowledge and experience of the sales process,
having worked for multi nationals, blue chip companies and small to
medium enterprises. I know how to build and maintain customer
relations at all levels. Match their requirements with products or
services and generate new and profitable business. My past successes
include the growth of a £1 million business to a £38 million
business. Starting a new business division for General motors from
ground zero, which in less than a year had a turnover of £4 million
and still grows today.
Many companies today, have sales teams that do everything but sell.
They account manage, spend valuable sales time answering e-mails, and
familiarizing themselves with product knowledge.
They do not spend enough time focusing on customer needs, meeting
these requirements and winning new business. Many sales people don’t
even know how to sell their products and services, they just show and
tell.
